How to Download Files in the Import Queue

You can download trial balance files in the Import Queue one at a time as follows:

1. Click the check box of a trial balance file in the queue to select it for download.
2. Click download in the grid menu to download the file.
3. At the prompt, click Open to open the downloaded file in an Excel spreadsheet in .csv format, or click Save to save the download in .csv format in the downloads folder.
