How to Delete a Trial Balance File

You can delete one, more than one, or all of the trial balance files in the Import Queue.

• To delete one or more trial balance files,

1. Click the check box next to the one(s) that you want to delete to select it.

2. Click Delete in the grid menu.

• To delete all of the trial balance files at once,

1. Click the top most check box in the grid menu to select all of the trial balance files at once.

2. Click Delete in the grid menu.
