How to Export Master Trial Balances

From the Review Master Trial Balances List View, you can export one or multiple master trial balances in the list in .csv file format.

To export one or several master trial balances,

1. Click the check box next to each one that you want to export to select it.
2. Click Export to Excel in the grid menu.
3. At the resulting prompt, click open or click save. If you are only exporting a single master trial balance, then when you click open it will display in an Excel file for you. If you are exporting several master trial balances at once, then when you click open the zip file in which the master trial balances have been placed will be opened for you and you will have to select the one that you want to actually open in Excel.

To export all of the master trial balances in the list,

1. Click the top most check box in the grid to select all of the master trial balance files.
2. Click Export to Excel in the grid menu.
3. At the resulting prompt, click open to open the resulting zip file of master trial balances or click save to save the file.
