How to Update ONESOURCE Income Tax with Master Trial Balances

You can update ONESOURCE Income Tax with master trial balances from General Ledger Manager. You may choose to do this at any one of three different points in the application as follows:

• From the status page that is displayed when you create a master trial balance, you can click the Update Income Tax link.
• From the Review Master Trial Balance Detail View in which you review the individual details of a master trial balance, you can also click an Update Income Tax link.
• From the Review Master Trial Balances List View where all of the master trial balances are listed, you can click the Update Income Tax button in the grid menu.

When you click Update Income Tax, a special purpose page designed for updating opens within ONESOURCE Income Tax in a new browser window. On this page, you can select the master trial balances that you want to use in ONESOURCE Income Tax.
