How to Download a Trial Balance

You can download a trial balance file to a .csv Excel file in either of two ways as follows:

Downloading from the List View

To download a trial balance file from the Review Trial Balances List View,

1. Click the check box next to the trial balance that you want to download to select it.
2. Click Download in the grid menu.
3. At the resulting prompt, click Open to open the downloaded trial balance in a .csv Excel file, or click Save to save the download in a .csv Excel file.

Downloading from the Detail View of the File Itself

To download a trial balance file whose details you are currently viewing,

1. Click Download in the grid menu.
2. At the resulting prompt, click Open to open the downloaded trial balance in a .csv Excel file, or click Save to save the download in a .csv Excel file.
