How to Delete an Account Map

You can delete one, more than one, or all of the account maps in Account Maps.

• To delete one or more account maps,

1. Click the check box next to the one(s) that you want to delete to select it.
2. Click Delete in the grid.

• To delete all of the account maps at once,

1. Click the top most check box in the account maps grid menu to select all of the account maps at once.
2. Click Delete at the top of the grid.

Note: General Ledger Manager does not allow you to delete an account map that has been used in the creation of a master trial balance.
