How to Delete a Reporting Unit Rollup

You can delete one, more than one, or all of the reporting unit rollups in Reporting Unit Rollups.

• To delete one or more rollups,

1. Click the check box next to one(s) that you want to delete to select it.
2. Click Delete in the grid menu.

• To delete all of the rollups at once,

1. Click the topmost check box in the grid to select all of the rollups at once.
2. Click Delete in the grid menu.

Note: General Ledger Manager does not allow you to delete a reporting unit rollup that has been used in the creation of a master trial balance. If you select multiple rollups to delete and one of them has been used in the creation of a master trial balance and the others have not, then none of them will be deleted when you click Delete.
